Core Commitment to Privacy

Radiatus Cloud Tools is engineered with a strict "Privacy by Architecture" philosophy. We do not collect, process, or store personal identifiable information (PII) from our users.

1. Data Controller & Processor Status

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • We are NOT a Data Processor for the content you input into our tools. All processing happens client-side on your device. We never see your data.
  • We act as a limited Data Controller only for server access logs (IP addresses) strictly tailored for security and abuse prevention (GDPR Recital 49).

2. Lawful Basis for Processing

We rely on Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for:

  • Ensuring network and information security.
  • Detecting and preventing fraud or unauthorized system access.

3. Data Minimization

We adhere to the principle of data minimization:

  • We do not require user accounts.
  • We do not tracking pixels for advertising.
  • We do not combine data with third-party sources.

4. International Transfers

Since we process data locally on your device, your data remains within your jurisdiction. Our static assets are served via global CDNs which may have nodes outside the EEA, but no user data is transmitted to them.

5. Your Rights

As we do not hold personal data, Rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Portability are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, we provide full transparency on our operations.
